Item No. 1 (continued) <br />Bruce Albin, 569 Compass Drive, said that he understood only one <br />residential entrance would be permitted, and he believes that fire safety <br />requires at least two. It was explained that only one entrance is <br />permitted on the street side of a building to preserve the appearance of <br />single - family neighborhoods, but that it would be expected there would be <br />any number of other doors on other sides of the building. <br />Nita Spangler, 970 Edgewood Drive, suggested that extra rental units in <br />single - family neighborhoods have been ignored and urged that parking <br />requirements be enforced as well as those relating to maintaining <br />property. Mrs. Spangler said that if second units are to be allowed such <br />laws must be enforced. <br />Mayor Stangel invited anyone else who wished to speak to do so.
