Redevelopment Agency Loan (1402 -09) <br />Report of City Manager and Director of Finance 8/18/83 <br />In response to request, Finance Director Tasseff offered to provide <br />quarterly reports on the financial status of the Redevelopment Agency. <br />(memo 8/23/83) <br />In response to question, Acting City Manager Schroeter explained the <br />relationship between the Agency and Heron Court Cooperative. <br />Title read. M /S: Biagi /Mosher <br />CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 9423 (RD- 83 -05) OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING LOAN OF CITY FUNDS TO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR <br />LOW INCOME HOUSING COOPERATIVE <br />adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />9. Target Education and Welfare Council, Inc., Senior <br />Center Elevator (702 -02) <br />Report of City Manager and Director of Planning 8/15/83 <br />In response to question, Housing Coordinator Church referred to the <br />subject report, stating that the bid for the elevator is $4,000 less than <br />estimated. <br />Acting City Manager Schroeter explained that the $4,000 can be left in the <br />allocation for the elevator for use in the event of justifiable overruns <br />or returned to the City. <br />City Attorney Schricker suggested that other funding sources available to <br />TEWCI should be used first, stating that the proposed resolution can be <br />redrafted so that the City's funding is secondary. <br />Title read. M /S: Biagi /Britschgi <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9426 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH <br />TARGET EDUCATION AND WELFARE COUNCIL, INC. (SENIOR CENTER ELEVATOR); with <br />the content of the resolution to be modified from the original draft to <br />indicate that the balance of $4,000 not required for the elevator project <br />remain with the City.
