Letter from Vice Mayor Britschgi re condition of some City properties <br />(301 -21) <br />Council members concurred with the content of Vice Mayor Britschgi's <br />letter and Assistant City Attorney Maloney replied to questions and <br />commented concerning the existence of means of accomplishing what is <br />suggested and what action might be required to do so. <br />Nita Spanqler, 970 Edgewood Drive, stated she is in agreement with Vice <br />Mayor Britschgi and reported her own experience with poorly maintained <br />properties. <br />Owner Kennedy Parking lot, James and E1 Camino Real, inquired regarding <br />the inclusion of his property on the list requiring property upkeep, <br />stating that he regularly cleans up his lot removing debris created by <br />some of the fast food stores in the area.
