ADJOURNMENT <br />M /S: Britschgi /Biagi to adjourn in memory of the U. S. Marines and Navy <br />personnel, as well as the French soldiers, who were killed in Lebanon over the <br />weekend. City Hall flags are to be flown at half -staff in tribute. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote, and Council adjourned at 8:10 p.m. to a Joint <br />Meeting with the Planning Commission at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 25, 1983 in the <br />Sunset Room, Veterans Memorial Building. <br />(No City Council meeting is scheduled for the fifth Monday, October 31, 1983.) <br />FRANCES I.
