James Anderson <br />Messiah Lutheran Church <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES - <br />City Council, October 24, 1983 <br />Joint Meeting, City Council/ Planning Commission <br />October 25, 1983 <br />M /S: Biagi / Britschgi to approve the subject Minutes as submitted. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote, Councilman Bury abstaining and <br />Councilmen Claire and Mosher abstaining from the vote on the Minutes of <br />October 24. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1.
