Andrew Baciqalupi 3766 Farm Hill Boulevard, had submitted a request to speak <br />but had left the meeting. Councilman Rhodes and Vice Mayor Britschgi reported <br />that Mr. Bacigalupi wanted to bring to the attention of Council the undesir- <br />able situation on Farm Hill near Stulsaft Park created by car repairs taking <br />place on the street and in front yards. <br />Police Lt. Hamilton said that he would have the matter investigated. 11/22/83) <br />2. Bruce Albin, 569 Compass, filed a list of alleged violations of homeowner <br />CC &Rs (conditions, covenants and restrictions) covering certain developments <br />in Redwood Shores.
