Public Hearing - Application for Certificate of Public <br />Convenience and Necessity - Vincent Maggiore, applicant <br />(1201 -06) <br />Report of City Manager 12/1/83 <br />Affidavit of Publication of Notice of Hearing on file. <br />M/ : Rhodes/ to continue consideration of the subject application <br />since the cab company (Menlo Park Cab Company) whose application was <br />recently granted did not commence operating in the City until November 23, <br />1983. <br />The motion died for lack of a second. <br />City Attorney Schricker stated that Notice of the subject public hearing <br />has been published and the applicant, Vincent Maggiore, is entitled to be <br />heard. <br />Assistant to the City Manager Margolis presented the Manager's report and <br />distributed pictures of the color scheme and insignia proposed to be used <br />by the applicant and those of the other two cab companies operating in <br />the City.
