In response to request, Mayor <br />Stangel permitted Cliff Keith to speak before <br />the presentations. <br /> <br />Cliff Keith, 327 St. Francis, stated that he strongly opposes the South <br />Shores Plan, stating that it would have an adverse effect on the <br />community. Mr. Keith suggested the land be zoned for open space and used <br />for recreational purposes, urging Council to vote against the Planning <br />Commission recommendation. <br /> <br />Reg.
