Mayor Stangel stated that South Shores, Inc., the developer, and Friends of Redwood City, the group opposing the South Shores Plan, will be allotted 30 minutes each for their presentations, following which individual unrepresented speakers will be allowed three minutes each. In response to request, Mayor Stangel permitted Cliff Keith to speak before the presentations. Cliff Keith, 327 St. Francis, stated that he strongly opposes the South Shores Plan, stating that it would have an adverse effect on the community. Mr. Keith suggested the land be zoned for open space and used for recreational purposes, urging Council to vote against the Planning Commission recommendation. Reg.
