Public Hearing - Application for permit to <br />move a house from San Jose, California to <br />vacant property located at 204 Hemlock <br />Street, Redwood City (James Cardenas) <br /> <br />ACTION TAKEN (continued) <br /> <br />Report of City Manager and Building Official <br />4/23/82 <br /> <br />Affidavits of Publication of Notice of <br />Hearing and of Mailing reported on file. <br /> <br />James Cardenas, 4591 Calle de Tasca, San <br />Jose, applicant, stated in response to <br />question, that he is in agreement with all of <br />the proposed conditions with certain <br />reservations about the placement of the house <br />on the lot at 204 Hemlock. Mr. Cardenas said <br />he is willing to place it as required with <br />the proper setbacks, but that he believes its <br />appearance would be improved, if the setback <br />requirements were reduced to allow him to <br />place the home facing Hemlock Street. <br /> <br />Yolanda Padilla, 225 Hemlock, ob jec ted to the <br />required placement of the subject house on <br />the lot, saying it would leave her with a <br />view of the two-car garage.
