Peninsula New Life Center Report <br /> <br />Report of City Manager and Planning <br />Director 6/4/82 <br /> <br />Planning Director Schroeter, City Manager <br />Smith and City Attorney Schricker commented <br />and replied to questions concerning details <br />of the report. <br /> <br />Councilman Biagi stated for the record that <br />it is his understanding that there is no way <br />the City's tax rating would be affected if <br />the Health Care Revenues Bonds were issued <br />and said he would like to have his under- <br />standing in writing from bond counsel. <br /> <br />Stuart Auchincloss, attorney representing the <br />Peninsula New Life Center, stated that con- <br />siderable financial information was provided <br />to staff and t~IO 1 etters were ci rcul ated <br />which he believed responded to Councilman <br />Biagi's request.
