ADDITION TO MOTION: Councilman Claire, with the consent of his second, added that the Cooperative Housing Special Study Committee continue to meet and conduct meetings on June 29 and July 6 to see if it is possible to resolve other items. In further response to questions, Director of Parks and Recreation Griffiths and City Attorney Schricker advised that the large cross is on private property and neither the cross nor the water tank in the area are involved. MIS: BritschgilClaire to refer the Easter Bowl site question to staff for an engineering survey and analysis to determine the worth of the property. Dennis Logie, President, Clergy Association, reviewed his report of June 9 and responded to questions relating to use of the Bowl for annual Easter services and other possible uses. The motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
