Requested walkway abandonment - Farm Hill Boulevard Report of City Manager and Director of Public Works 7/7/82 Edward K. Nordness, 3747 Country Club Drive, representing the four property owners who live next to the walkway and have requested its abandonment, referred to his letter of April 27, 1982 describing their experiences regarding nuisances and potential fire hazards caused by users of the walkway, sta ting the problems are of such a magnitude they have become an unbearable burden. Mr. Nordness suggested that there are no longer many children living in the area for which the walkway was intended, and the activities presently taking place in Stulsaft Park do not make it a popular destination.
