She further asked that in assessing the <br />background and experience of the Council Members that an education <br />component and a proactive person is needed. <br />Susan Keely offered support for Patricia Wright while recognizing the value of the <br />other candidates. She stated that Ms. Wright is one of the brightest, most <br />committed people she has ever met in community service. She cited her thinking <br />outside of any possible box and brilliance in approaching problem solving, she is <br />a member of the Redwood City School Board and served as Roy Cloud PTA <br />President numerous times.
