Annexation to the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District (ELHSMD) <br />Supplemental Agreement No. 35 <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution approving and authorizing execution of Supplemental <br />Agreement No. 35 with the County of San Mateo, and consenting to the <br />annexation of Assessor's Parcel No. 068 - 120 -270 (653 East View Way) to the <br />Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District (ELHSMD), subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Property owners pay a Wastewater Treatment Capacity Fee of $715.50 <br />2. Property owners pay a Sewer System Capital Facilities Fee of $960.00 <br />3. An Annexation Agreement between the City and County be executed (301) <br />RESOLUTION 14633 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 35 TO AGREEMENT RELATING TO SEWAGE <br />TRANSMISSION, TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL; AND CONSENTING TO <br />ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE EMERALD LAKE HEIGHTS <br />SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />B. Resolution supporting Measure V, the "Redwood City School District Funding for <br />Classroom Education Excellence Act of 2005." <br />Vice Mayor Pierce stated that in surveys of Redwood City residents' concerns, <br />education has always ranked among the top. A mail ballot will be going out to all <br />Redwood City Elementary School households asking for support on Measure V. <br />Measure V has been placed on a mail ballot and is to ensure that quality <br />programs will continue for our school children.
