<br />12. INJUNCTIVE RELIEF Both City and District expressly agree that each and every <br /> <br />term and condition of this Agreement may be enforced by injunctive- relief in any court of <br /> <br />competent jurisdiction. <br /> <br />13. SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS. It is expressly understood and agreed by the <br /> <br />parties hereto that this Agreement may from time to time be revised, altered, amended or <br /> <br />supplemented by written agreement. <br /> <br />14. TERM OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall commence on the effective date <br /> <br />of this Agreement and shall continue until annexation and dissolution of the District or <br /> <br />until terminated by mutual agreement of the Parties. Either Party to this Agreement may <br /> <br />request modification to the Agreement by providing at least one (1) month prior written <br /> <br />notice to the other Party. <br /> <br />15. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS. It is mutually understood and agreed that this <br /> <br />Agreement will be binding upon the Parties and their respective successors. Neither this <br /> <br />Agreement, nor any part of it, nor any monies due or to become due under it may be <br /> <br />assigned by either Party without the prior consent of the other Party, which will not be <br /> <br />unreasonably withheld. <br /> <br />16. PARAGRAPH HEADINGS. <br /> <br />Paragraph headings as used herein are for <br /> <br />convenience only and will not be deemed to be a part of such paragraphs and will not be <br /> <br />construed to change the meaning thereof. <br /> <br />17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />This Agreement, together with any other written <br /> <br />document referred to or contemplated by it, embody the entire Agreement and <br /> <br />understanding between the Parties relating to the subject matter of it.
