<br />b. <br /> <br />Preparation Requirements <br />.Site plans shall be scaled and fully dimensioned, and shall specify the <br /> <br />location of property lines, setbacks and easements. Site plans involving <br />building, open space and parking area relationships shall be designed either <br /> <br />by a licensed Architect, or Landscape Architect. Additional site plan <br />information including grade elevations, slope, drainage and infrastructure <br /> <br />details necessary to establish or identify the proposed improvements, shall <br />be prepared by a registered Civil Engineer. <br /> <br />.Buildina plans, including floor plans and building elevations shall be <br /> <br />prepared by a licensed Architect. <br />.Landscape plans shall be prepared by a licensed Landscape Architect. <br /> <br />.Sion desiQns including signage programs shall be submitted by a <br /> <br />licensed Architect. <br /> <br />The Zoning Administrator may require such other pertinent information <br /> <br />and drawings as may be necessary to determine compliance with this section of <br /> <br />the ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 46.5 ZoninQ Administrator Action. The Zoning Administrator shall <br /> <br />review each application for a Planned Development Permit for a project area of <br /> <br />less than one acre and shall approve, conditionally approve, or deny the <br /> <br />application as he or she finds appropriate to carry out the objectives of this <br /> <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 46.6 Plannino Commission Action.
