<br />c. For Planned Development permits located within a residentially zoned <br /> <br />district or districts, all residential uses, including single-family <br />dwellings, two-family dwellings, and multiple dwellings, shall be <br /> <br />deemed to be a single use. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding any regulation otherwise applicable under the basic <br /> <br />district zoning, conditional uses in addition to those otherwise permitted <br /> <br />in the district shall be permitted provided that all of the following <br /> <br />conditions are complied with: <br /> <br />That the Zoning Administrator or Planning Commission, as <br /> <br />applicable, determines and finds that the predominant use in the <br /> <br />proposed development will be a use that is permitted in the basic <br /> <br />district in which located, and that the proposed uses, in addition to <br /> <br />those otherwise permitted in the district, are an integral part of <br /> <br />the development, are complementary thereto, and are intended <br /> <br />primarily for the convenience of and service to the residents or <br /> <br />occupants of the proposed development. <br /> <br />d. No Use Permit, otherwise required under the applicable zoning district <br /> <br />regulations, shall be required for uses or structures permitted <br /> <br />pursuant to an approved Planned Development Permit. <br /> <br />Section 46.9 <br /> <br />Public HearinQ. The Zoning Administrator or the <br /> <br />Commission, as the case may be, shall hold a public hearing on every Planned <br /> <br />Development Permit application.
