<br />b. After issuance of a permit for any parcel, no use shall be established or <br /> <br />changed or any structure constructed or altered in a manner which <br />would not comply with the regulations of the district except for the <br /> <br />modifications authorized by the permit, unless all development on the <br /> <br />parcel covered by the permit is in strict conformity with the permit <br /> <br />issued and all conditions thereof, unless a Planned Development Permit <br /> <br />Amendment has been granted. <br /> <br />c. For previously approved Planned Development permits, Planned <br /> <br />Development permit amendments may be issued by the Planning <br />Commission for applications which propose to change the use, alter any <br /> <br />structure constructed, or modify improvements. Planned Development <br />permit amendments shall be required unless it is determined by the <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator that the proposed change is minor and whereby an <br /> <br />Architectural Permit is required, subject to the requirements of <br /> <br />Article 45. <br /> <br />d. It shall be the duty of the Building Official to insure that the <br /> <br />construction of all structures is undertaken in strict conformance with <br /> <br />the approved development plan. <br />Section 46.11 Expiration. In any case where a Planned Development <br /> <br />Permit has not been used within one year from the date of granting by obtaining a <br /> <br />building permit and beginning of construction of the improvements which are the <br /> <br />subject of the permit, or by the establishment of the use which is the subject of <br /> <br />the permit, the permit shall automatically terminate and be of no further effect; <br /> <br />provided. however, the Zoning Administrator or the Commission, as the case may <br /> <br />be, may extend this time once for an additional year upon written request of the <br /> <br />applicant.
