<br />in strict conformance with the approved development plan. <br /> <br />"Section 46.11 <br /> <br />Expiration. <br /> <br />In any case where a <br /> <br />planned development permit has not been used within one <br /> <br />year from the date of granting by beginning of construction <br /> <br />of the improvements which are the subject of the permit, or <br /> <br />by the establishment of the use which is the subject of the <br /> <br />permit, the permit shall automatically terminate and be of <br /> <br />no further effect: provided, however, the Council may extend <br /> <br />this time once for an additional year upon written request <br /> <br />of the applicant. <br /> <br />Every planned development permit shall <br /> <br />terminate five years from the date of granting unless <br /> <br />otherwise provided by the Council. <br /> <br />"Section 46.12 <br /> <br />Revocation. <br /> <br />Any planned development <br /> <br />permit or portion thereof may be revoked by the same procedure <br /> <br />applicable to the revocation of use permits." <br /> <br />SECTION 3. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br /> <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-6- <br />
