<br />"In no case shall the amount of usable open space of <br /> <br />any planned development submitted and approved pursuant to <br /> <br />this article be reduced below that required by the governing <br /> <br />basic district designation. <br /> <br />The determination of the <br /> <br />required amount of usable open space shall be made by the <br /> <br />commission and approved by the Council. <br /> <br />" (d) <br /> <br />No use permit, otherwise required by the district <br /> <br />regulations, shall be required for uses or structures per- <br /> <br />mitted pursuant to an approved planned development permit. <br /> <br />"section 46.8 <br /> <br />Minimum site size. <br /> <br />No planned develop- <br /> <br />ment permit shall be issued for any development unless the <br /> <br />site subject to the application contains at least one acre. <br /> <br />"section 46.9 <br /> <br />Public Hearinq. <br /> <br />The Commission and <br /> <br />Council shall hold a public hearing on every planned develop- <br /> <br />ment permit application. <br /> <br />Notice of such public hearings <br /> <br />shall be given as provided in Article 49. <br /> <br />"Section 46.10 <br /> <br />Compliance. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />After issuance of <br /> <br />a permit for any parcel, no use shall be established or <br /> <br />changed or any structure constructed or altered in any P <br /> <br />District except in strict conformity with the permit issued <br /> <br />and any conditions established therein. <br /> <br />" (b) <br /> <br />After issuance of a permit for any parcel, no <br /> <br />use shall be established or changed or any structure con- <br /> <br />structed or altered in a manner which would not comply with <br /> <br />the regulations of the district except for the modifications <br /> <br />authorized by the permit, unless all development on the <br />parcel covered by the permit is in strict conformity with <br /> <br />the permit issued and all conditions thereon. <br /> <br />"(c) <br /> <br />It shall be the duty of the Building Official to <br /> <br />insure that the construction of all structures is undertaken <br /> <br />-5- <br />
