ARTICLE lO R-5 MULTI-FAMILY - HIGH DENSITY SECTION lO.l Purpose. To stabilize and maintain the residential character of the district for high density apartments with a minimum of cooperatively used outdoor space and a minimum of individual service facilities. SECTION lO.2 p~rmitted Uses~ permitted in the R-5 District: The following structures and uses are ( a) Multiple dwellings. (b) Two family dwellings. ( c) Single family dwellings. SECTION 10.3 Accessory Uses. The following structures and uses are permitted in the R-5 District when accessory to and constructed or commenced concurrently with or subsequent to uses permitted under Sections 10.2 and lO.4: ( a) Hcme occupations. (b) Other accessory uses and structures customarily appurtenant to a permitted use. SECTION 10.4 Conditional Uses. The following structures and uses are permitted in an R-5 District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: ( a) Public and quasi-public uses except corporation yards, storage or repair yards ffi1d warehouses. (b) Social halls, clubs, lodges, and fraternities. (c) Nursing and rest homes. (d) Nursery schools and day care cen ters . (e) Parking lots and garages. (f) Rooming and b oardi ng houses.
