<br />ARTICLE 11 <br /> <br />PO PROFrSSIONf\L OFncr DISTRICT <br /> <br />SECTION ll.l Purpose. To provide a district for office type uses with <br />yard and open space and architectural requirements similar to those in resi- <br />dential districts in order that such uses can be located in close proximity <br />thereto. <br /> <br />SECTION Il.2 Permitted Uses. <br />permitted in the Fa District: <br /> <br />The following, structures and uses are <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Professional Offices. <br /> <br />SECTION ll.3 Accessory Uses. The following structures and uses are permitted <br />in the PO District when accessory to and constructed or commenced concurrently <br />with or subsequent to uses permitted under Sections ll.2 and Il.4: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Accessory uses and structures customarily appurtenant to a <br />permitted use. <br /> <br />SECTION ll.4 Conditional Uses. The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the PO District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Business and financial offices. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Medical and dental laboratories, not including the manufacture, sale <br />or distribution of pharmaceutical or other products. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Schools and studios for arts, crafts, photography, music and dance. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Private clubs, lodges and fraternities. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Parking lots and garages. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />Public and quasi-public uses except corporation yardss storage or <br />repair yards or warehouses. <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />Any other use not otherwise listed in this articles which is determined <br />by the Commission to be of the same general character of the uses <br />permitted by this article, and is not inconsistent with the purpose <br />of this article. <br /> <br />Height Regulations. <br /> <br />No structure shall exceed 35 feet in <br /> <br />SECTION ll.5 <br />height. <br /> <br />Lot Area. <br /> <br />The minimum building site area shall be 6,000 <br /> <br />SECTION ll. 6 <br />square feet. <br /> <br />SECTION ll.7 Lot Width. The minimum average lot width shall be 60 feet <br />for corner lots and 50 feet for interior lots.
