ARTI CLE 12 CA CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE DISTRICT SECTION 12.l Purpose. To provide a district for large scale office and administrative useš and buildings to promote the development of employment and administrative activities near the central business district. SECTION 12.2 Permitted Uses. - - permitted in the CA District: The following structures and uses are ( a) (b) ( c) ( d) Adminis trative and professional offices. Medical and dental officest clinics and laboratories. Business officest banks, title companies, stock exchange. Research laboratories. ( e) Printing, publishing, cartography, book binding and lithography. ( f) Parking lots and garages. (g) (h) Schools and studios for arts, crafts, photographYt music and dance. Public and quasi-public uses except corporation yards, storage or repair yards or warehouses. ( i) Private clubs, lodges and fraternities. SECTION l2.3 Accessory Uses. The following structures and uses are permitted in the CA District when aècessory to uses permitted under Sections 12 .2 and 12.4: ( a) Incidental sales and services to serve occupants and patrons of the permitted use, provided such activities are conducted entirely within the main building, the design of which building does not invite the use of these services by the general public. (b) Other accessory uses and structures customarily appurtenant to a permitted use. SECTION l2.4 Conditional Uses. The following structures or uses are permitted in the CA District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: ( a) Schools and studios for arts, trades and professions not including industrial machinery and processes. (b) Any other use not otherwise listed in this article which is determined by the Commission to be of the same general character of the uses permitted by this article and is not inconsistent with the purpose of this article. SECTION 12. 5 height. Hei&ht Regulations. No structure shall exceed 75 feet in SECTION 12.6. Lot Area. square feet.
