<br />ARTICLE 16 <br /> <br />CP COMMERCIAL PARK DISTRICT <br /> <br />SECTION 16.1 Purpose. To provide a district with a pleasant appearance <br />in selected "front door" areas along thoroughfares where automobile oriented <br />commercial uses predominate, and to protect the investments made by property <br />owners in these areas by assuring uniformly high quality of development through <br />maintenance of high standards for architecture and landscaping. <br /> <br />SECTION 16.2 Permitted Uses. <br />permitted in the CP District: <br /> <br />The following structures and uses are <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Research, experimental, film or testing laboratories; manufacture <br />of precision instruments and devices such as electronic equipment <br />and appliances; printing, publishing or lithograph shops; <br />pharmaceutical processing; warehousing and wholesale distribution <br />and storage facilities. All such uses shall be conducted within <br />a building. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Offices for professional, businesss financial. public <br />and quasi-public uses. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Medical and dental laboratories. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Schools and studios for artss crafts, photographys music and dance. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Private clubs and lodges. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />Bankss title companiess stock brokers, television and radio studios <br />and stations. <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />Hotels and motels. <br /> <br />( h) <br /> <br />Funeral homes and mortuaries. <br /> <br />SECTION 16.3 Accessory Uses. The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the CP District when accessory to a use permitted under Section <br />16.2 and 16.4: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Accessory uses and structures customarily appurtenant to a permitted <br />use. <br /> <br />SECTION 16.4 Conditional Uses. The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the CP District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Public utility buildings, upholstery shops, laundry and dry cleaning <br />and dyeing establishments, bottling plantss bakeries, so long as <br />any activities or operations connected therewith which are normally <br />capable of creating noise, odors glare or dust are located wholly <br />within a completely enclosed building or room having no exterior <br /> <br />37 <br />v <br /> <br />.."...-..---.."-" <br /> <br />... .- .-.""-- ---... ...-.---..-..----.-.---.- <br />
