<br />lR Indu..6t1úal. - Reótlúete.d <br /> <br />SECTION 17.3 Accessory Uses. The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the IR District when accessory to a use permitted under Sections l7.2 <br />and 17.4: <br /> <br />(a) Accessory uses and structures customarily appurtenant to a permitted <br />use. <br /> <br />(b) Incidental retail sales in connection with a permitted use. <br /> <br />SECTION 17.4 Conditional Uses. The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the IR District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br />( a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />( c) <br /> <br />Outdoor commercial recreation facilities. <br /> <br />Restaurants and drive-in eating establishments. <br /> <br />Building material. building equipment, feed and fuel sales yards. <br />Unless otherwise provided in the use permit, all such uses <br />shall be conducted within a building. <br /> <br />Concrete or <br />asphalt batch or mixing plants are not permitted in the IR District. <br /> <br />( d) <br /> <br />Animal hospitals) veterinary clinics) mortuaries, columbariums or <br />crematories. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Retail service establishments. <br /> <br />(£) <br /> <br />Any other use not otherwise listed in this article which is determined <br />by the Commission to be of the same general character of the uses <br />permitted by this article and is not inconsistent with the purpose <br />of this article. <br /> <br />SECTION l7.5 <br />height. <br /> <br />Height Regulations. <br /> <br />No structure shall exceed 75 feet in <br /> <br />SECTION 17.6 <br />square feet. <br /> <br />Lot Area. <br /> <br />The minimum building site area shall be 10,000 <br /> <br />SECTION 17.7 Lot Width. Such open area shall be permanently landscaped. Notwith- <br />standing the foregoing, any lot abutting any R District on either <br />side shall have a front yard with a minimum depth of one-half the <br />required front yard of that R District. <br /> <br />41 <br /> <br />'..H. ... ..........._--.....
