Such porches, landing places or <br />stairways may extend a maximum of six feet into any required rear <br />or front yard. <br /> <br />( c) <br /> <br />The second story of any dwelling may project into front and rear <br />yards up to two inches for everyone foot of height between the <br />floor of the second story and the ground level below. <br /> <br />SECTION 32.8 Double Frontage Lots. In the event any lot has frontage <br />on two parallel or substantially parallel streets, both frontages shall be <br />deemed to be lot fronts and the required front yards shall be maintained on <br />each frontage. No additional rear yard shall be required. <br /> <br />SECTION 32.9 Building Groups. The distance between buildings on the <br />same parcel (not including detached accessory buildings) shall be the sum of <br />the side yards which would be required for such buildings if they were on <br />separate interior lots.
