Any structure with an <br />actual value in excess of $2,000 which is less than 25 years old <br />at the time of such destruction and which was conforming prior <br />to the adoption of this ordinance may be reconstructed and used <br />to the same size and extent as before such happening. <br /> <br />SECTION 33.14- Repair of Unsafe Structures. The provisions <br />of this article shall not be construed to preclude the repair <br />or alteration of any part of any structure declared to be unsafe <br />by the Building Inspector when such repairs or alterations are <br />for the purpose of restoring the structure to a safe condition. <br /> <br />SECTION 33.¡5 Completion of Structures. The provisions <br />of this ordinance shall not be construed to preclude the com- <br />pletion of any structure upon which lawful construction has <br />begun prior to the time of enactment of this ordinance or any <br />amendment thereto, or prior to the time of inclusion in the City. <br /> <br />70a <br />
