ARTICLE 40 ADMINISTRATION SECTION 40.l The provisions of this ordinance shall be administered by the Planning Department except as otherwise provided in this ordinance. All other officers and employees of the City shall assist and cooperate with the Planning Department in administering the provisions of this ordinance. SECTION 40.2 The Planning Department shall prepare and provide to the public such forms as may be necessary for the administration of this ordinance. SECTION 40.3 The Planning Department shall prepare and issue on behalf of the Commission all permits granted by the Commission and shall transmit to the Council such reports and recommendations as the Commission may make. SECTION 40.4 Any applications or documents required by this ordinance to be filed with the Commission shall be filed with the Planning Department. Any applications or documents required to be filed with the Council shall be filed with the City Clerk. Delivery may be made either personally or by mail; delivery by mail shall not be complete until received. SECTION 40.5 (a) The time and place of public hearing or Council shall be set by either motion or resolution except provided in this ordinance and such hearings may be continued as the Commission or Council find necessary. before the Commission as otherwise from time to time (b) Whenever any hearing! or continued hearing, is set for any date, and no meeting is held by the Commission or Council on that date, the hearing shall be automatically continued to the next regular, or adjourned regular, meeting of such body and no further notice shall be required.
