<br />Ðe.üinLtioYL6 <br /> <br />SECTION 2.94 Story, Half. Shall mean a partial story under a gable) hip <br />or gambrel roof, the wall plates of which, on at least two opposite exterior <br />walls, are not more than four feet above the floor of such story; provided, <br />however, that any partial story designed or used for residence purposes) other <br />than for a janitor or caretaker and his family) shall be deemed a full story. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.95 Street. A yard extending across the full width of <br />the front of the lot and measured from the front line of the lot toward the <br />nearest line of the building. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.l12 Yard - Rear. Except as otherwise provided in this ordinance, <br />a yard extending across the full width of the lot, adjacent to the rear lot <br />line and measured from the rear line of the lot towards the main building. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.ll3 Yard - Side. A yard measured from the side line of the lot <br />towards the interior of the lot and extending from the required front yard to <br />the required rear yard or rear lot line if no rear yard is required. <br /> <br />6 <br />
