<br />ARTICLE 3 <br /> <br />DESIGNATION OF DISTRICTS <br /> <br />SECTION 3.1 Districts. The several districts hereby established and into <br />which the City of Redwood City is divided, are designated as follows: <br /> <br />RH <br />R-l <br />R-2 <br />RG <br />R-3 <br />R-4 <br />R-5 <br />PO <br />CA <br />CN <br />CB <br />CG <br />CP <br />IR <br />IP <br />GI <br />TP <br />AG <br />IS <br /> <br />Residential - Hillside <br />Residential - Single Family <br />Residential - Duplex <br />Garden Apartments <br />Hultifamily - Low Density <br />Multifamily - Medium Density <br />Multifamily - High Density <br />Professional Office <br />Central Administrative <br />Neighborhood Commercial <br />Central Business <br />General Commercial <br />Commercial Park <br />Industrial - Restricted <br />Industrial Park <br />General Industrial <br />Tidal Plain <br />Agricultural - Greenhouse <br />Interim Study <br /> <br />In addition to the districts listed above there is hereby established the <br />following combining districts which may be combined with any of the districts <br />above: A Architectural <br />T Traùsient Residential Units <br />P Plamned Development <br />0 Off ice District <br />V Vehicular <br />SECTION 3.2 References to Districts. Reference may be made to any of the <br />above districts by reference to the letters or letter-numeral, designations <br />alone. General reference to R Districts shall be deemed to include RH, R-l, <br />R-2, RG, R-4 and R-5 Districts. General reference to C Districts shall be <br />deemed to include PO, CA, CNs CBs CG and CP Districts. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.3 Zoning Map. The boundaries of the districts designated by <br />Section 3.1 are as established by Article 60 of this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.4 Interpretation of District Boundaries. The following rules <br />shall govern the interpretations of the district boundaries on zoning maps: <br /> <br />Where a boundary is indicated as approximately following a <br />street, alley or waterway, or is located within a street, alley <br />or waterway, the centerline of such street or alley or waterway <br />shall be the boundary. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Where a boundary is indicated as approximately following a lot <br />line or property line, such lot line or property line shall be the <br />boundary. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />..-...-.--... -......--... <br />
