<br />Vu~n~on oðV~bú~ <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Where such boundary does not follow a line as described in (a) and <br />(b), above, the location of the boundary shall be as shown by the <br />dimensions on the map. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />If no dimensions are indicated on the map, the location of the <br />boundary shall be interpreted by use of the scale appearing on the <br />map. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Where uncertainty exists as to the boundaries of any of the aforesaid <br />districts as sho~~ on said maps, the Commission, upon written request <br />or upon its own motion, shall determine the location of such boundaries. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />In the event of any conflict between a map and a boundary description, <br />the description shall control. <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />Where a boundary dimension falls within one foot of a property line, <br />the property line shall be deemed to be the boundary. Where <br />dimensions are related to a corner lot which has a turning radius, <br />such dimensions shall measure from the intersection of the extended <br />street right of way lines. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />( <br />
