1. TO maintain and to protect the confidentiality <br />of the SYSTEM and its various components, <br /> <br /> 2. To share information relative to the CITY's <br />use of the SYSTEM with Occu-Med and with other members of the <br />NETWORK on an as-needed basis, and <br /> <br /> 3. To inform Occu-Med of any claims, grievances <br />or appeals filed by any applicant or personnel against the CITY <br />as a result of the CITY's use of the SYSTEM. <br /> <br />V. ASSIGNABILITY. Occu-Med shall not subcoftract, assign <br />or transfer any interest in this Agreement. <br /> <br />VI. NON-DISCRIMINATION. There shall be no discrimination <br />against any person who is employed/appointed in the work covered <br />by this Agreement because of race, religion, color, sex, age, <br />handicap or national origin. <br /> <br /> VII. RULES OF CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br /> A. Entir~ement. This Agreement constitutes the <br /> entire Agreement between the Parties hereto pertaining to the <br /> subject matters hereof, and supersedes all negotiations, <br /> preliminary agreements, and all prior and contemporaneous <br /> discussions and understandings of the Parties in connection with <br /> <br /> <br />
