Design aspects of the site plan, such as <br />driveway design, circulation aisles, parking stall dimensions, and sight distance visibility will be <br />reviewed for their compliance with local codes and industry design standards. Review of revised or <br />subsequent site plans, if requested, will be performed as an additional service. <br /> <br />6. Site Recommendations. Based on the review of site access, circulation and parking, <br />recommendations will be made, as needed, to ensure safe and optimal flow of traffic at driveways <br />and on site, and compliance with industry standards. <br /> <br />7. Meetings. The fee estimate includes attendance at one working meeting with city staff and <br />attendance at one public hearing. <br /> <br />8. Draft Report. Hexagon's findings and recommendations will be summarized in a draft report <br />submitted for review by city staff. <br /> <br />9. Final Report. Hexagon Transportation Consultants will respond to editorial comments from city <br />staff, prepare the final report, and submit up to six copies. <br /> <br />Additional Services. Any work not specifically referenced in the above Scope of Services-for example <br />analyzing a different project description or revised or subsequent site plan, evaluating intersection level <br />of service or operations, conducting intersection counts or other data collection, or attending additional <br />meetings-shall be considered additional services. <br /> <br />Time of Performance <br /> <br />Barring any unforeseen delays, a draft report will be submitted three weeks after receipt of authorization <br />to proceed and all data provided or required by the city. The final report will be delivered one week <br />after receipt of all review comments. Cognizant of your desired schedule, we are ready to start work <br />immediately upon authorization. <br /> <br />Cost for Services <br /> <br />The cost for services rendered under this agreement will be a lump sum amount of $7,950 for Work <br />Items 1 through 9, as outlined in our Scope of Services.
