The period of the contract <br />is from June 1,2003 through June 30, 2005. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The following services will be provided by Scott Cressey: <br /> <br />1. Coordination with the RWQCB and the City's Public Works Department staff <br />regarding Redwood Shores Lagoon NPDES General Permit water quality <br />monitoring and reporting, plus monthly water quality monitoring of the lagoon as <br />stated in the updated Lagoon Management Plan (LMP). <br /> <br />2. Water quality monitoring will be conducted for Redwood Shores Lagoon as stated <br />in the updated LMP. During June-September, 2003, and May-June, 2004, water <br />quality sampling will occur twice a month as pre- and post-treatment monitoring. <br />General water quality monitoring (once per month) will be conducted as needed <br />during the pre-treatment sampling. During October 2003 through April 2004, <br />monthly sampling for general water quality monitoring will be conducted. This <br />same pattern will be repeated for June 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005. The City <br />will be responsible for providing: a boat; a Kemmerer sampling bottle; field <br />instruments for measuring depth, turbidity, salinity, and pH. Cressey & <br />Associates will provide a dissolved oxygen/temperature meter for which a use fee <br />of $50 per day will be charged.
