<br />2000 Community Action and Resource Council. The parties acknowledge that <br />they have deposited said amount for the fiscal year July 1, 1998 - June 30, 1999. <br />B. City is authorized to receive money on behalf of the Redwood City 2000 <br />Comniunity Action and Resource Council and deposit same into a special deposit <br />account in the City's General Fund. The money received on behalf of the <br /> <br />Redwood City 2000 Community Action and Resource Council. shall be disbursed <br />as requested by the Redwood City 2000 Community Action and Resource <br />Council, Project Coordinator in writing, subject to administrative procedures of <br /> <br />City. <br />C. At no time shall the City be under any obligation to disburse money to the <br />Redwood City 2000 Community Action and Resource Council in excess of the <br />amount on deposit. The Committee acknowledges that money received by the <br /> <br />City will not be available for disbursement for three (3) business days after the <br />funds have been deposited by City, orf6i'ã longer-period, as deemed appropriate <br />by City's Finance Director. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />HOLD HARMLESS. Each party hereto ("indemnitor") hereby agrees to defend, <br /> <br />indemnify, and save harmless each other party and its respective governing board, <br />council, officers, boards commissions, agents, and employees (collectively, <br />"Indemnitees") against and from any and all claims, suits, actions of every name, kind <br />and description, which may be brought against indemnitees, or any of them, by reason of <br />any injury to, or death of, any person (including corporations, partnerships and <br />associations) or damage suffered or sustained by any such person arisi.ng from, or alleged <br />to have arisen from, any act or omission to act, negligent or otherwise~ õf indemnitees, its <br /> <br />officers, agents or employees under this Agreement. <br /> <br />"-. ."'" <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />ACTS AND OMISSIONS OF PROJECT COORDINATOR. <br /> <br />The acts and omissions of the Project Coordinator and Neighborhood Coordinator shall <br />not in any way be construed as the acts and omissions of the CitŸ but shall be.coostrued, <br />if at all, as the joint acts and omissions of the Parties. <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />.;¥ , ., <br /> <br />'.. <br />
