<br />e) Designate standards and criteria for evaluation of the work completed <br />by the Community Action and Resource Council. <br />f) Approve budget and commitment of resources. <br /> <br />B. <br />1. <br /> <br />Redwood City 2000 Community Action and Resource Council: <br />The Community Action and Resource Council shall consist of a policy <br />maker and a top staff person representing each of the Parties and also may <br />include the following members: <br /> <br />a) Representatives of City and County Law Enforcement <br />b) Representatives of neighborhood groups <br />c) Representatives of the medical community <br /> <br />d) Representatives of the non-profit community <br />e) Representatives from the community who want to make a difference <br />by implementing projects for Redwood City 2000 at the grass roots <br />level. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The Community Action and Resource Council will have the following <br />functions. <br /> <br />a) Identify and implement projects that contribute to community quality <br />of life that are aligned with the Redwood City 2000 Vision and <br />Strategic Plan. <br />b) Provide community leadership and opportunity to those who want to <br /> <br />assist in this effort. <br /> <br />c) Identify resources that support the implementation of projects <br />identified <br />d) Coordinate communication and information sharing among community <br /> <br />volunteer teams and interagency partnerships. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Project Staff: The Community Action and Resource Council will be <br />supported by a Project Coordinator and Neighborhood Coordinator, who <br />willwork,withthe..pãrti~s ~nd other members of the Redwood City <br />2000 Community Action and Resource Council as follows: <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />
