<br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES ADDENDUM - ROLISON ROAD CAC PLANNING PROCESS <br />Prepared: May 6, 1999 <br />Client: City of Redwood City <br />Consultant: Bluhon Planning Group <br /> <br />1. Description <br /> <br />This scope is an addendum to the Bluhon Planning Group Scope of Services dated 1/25/99. The <br />purpose of this scope is to assist the Rolison Road CAC in completing its Mission Statement: 1) <br />develop recommendations for development of the RolisonlHaven parcel; and, 2) develop <br />recommendations for neighborhood-wide revitalization priorities. <br /> <br />Key tasks in the proposed scope include: <br />. Prepare for and facilitate (3) CAC meetings and (1) CAC subcommittee meeting. <br />Attend (2) Steering Committee Meetings <br />. Prepare and produce a "Neighborhood Plan" (outlined below). <br /> <br />Report development and meeting tasks will be performed by Bluhon Planning Group staff: Peter <br />Bluhon, Agnes Rozsnyoi, and Eddie Chau. Community Design + Architecture staff Phil <br />Erickson will assist in developing graphic sketch plans for the Rolison/Haven parcel. <br /> <br />2. Outline of Neighborhood Plan <br /> <br />The purpose of the Plan is to identify neighborhood needs and solutions that will improve quality <br />of life. Issues will primarily address aesthetics, facilities (e.g., roads, sidewalks) and public <br />services. The Plan will include design guidelines for the Rolison/Haven parcel. The CAC will <br />participate actively in reviewing and revising the plan, and will ratify the completed document at <br />last meeting. The plan may consist of these components: <br /> <br />1. Vision and Goals <br />Vision Statement and Goals <br /> <br />4. Rolison/Haven Development Recommendations <br />Housing Type; Funding; Design and Management Guidelines <br /> <br />6.
