<br />Page 2 of 3 <br />BPG Scope of Services - 5/6/99 <br /> <br />The document will be based on input gathered from the February 2ih Community Workshop, the <br />CAC meetings, stakeholder interviews, City staff, and field observations conducted by the <br />Consultant. <br />The document will be attractively formatted, include color graphics, and be suitable for <br />distribution to the community, City Council, and relevant commissions. Graphics may include: <br /> <br />. Existing Land Use Map <br />. Photographs and Mapping of Neighborhood Needs <br />. Sketch Plan Options of Development at Rolison/Haven <br />. Illustrative Diagrams of Several Design Guidelines for Rolison/Haven <br /> <br />3. Scope of Work and Fees <br />The chapters below refer to the Neighborhood Plan as outlined above. <br /> <br />Task 1 - Develop Draft Chapters 2, 3, and 5 <br /> <br />a) Gather neighborhood needs/issues identified by previously by <br />neighborhood associations or groups (e.g., Mano a Mano survey of needs, <br />Rolison Road Task Force issues). <br />b) Prepare sketch plan alternatives of Rolison/Haven parcel.(Subconsultant, <br />Community Design + Architecture will assist.) <br />c) Prepare draft chapters for review by Steering Committee. <br /> <br />Task 2 - Prepare for and Facilitate CAC Meeting #5 (5/19/99) <br /> <br />a) Attend Steering Committee meeting to review/revise Chapters 2, 3, and 5. <br />b) Prepare/mail meeting packet. Facilitate and record meeting. (Phil Erickson <br />to attend to address project layout options for parcel.) <br /> <br />Task 3 - Prepared Revised Chapters 2, 3, and 5 <br />a) Revise Chapters 2, 3, and 5 based on CAC meeting. <br /> <br />Task 4 - Prepare for and Facilitate CAC Subcommittee Meeting <br /> <br />a) Develop initial revitalization priorities based on existing information. <br />b) Facilitate CAC Subcommittee to identify and map revitalization priorities <br />for consideration by full CAC. <br /> <br />Task 5 - Prepare Draft Chapter 4 <br /> <br />a) Develop Chapter 4 based on Subcommittee meeting and follow-up with <br />Staff to determine feasibility and appropriateness. <br />b) Submit draft to Steering Committee. <br /> <br />$6,200 <br /> <br />$2,600 <br /> <br />$800 <br /> <br />$2,800 <br /> <br />$2,200 <br /> <br />....
