Billing Terms <br />For Tasks in Section 3.0 above, Consultant will bill by task as a percentage complete. The tasks <br />above are based on the following billing rates: <br /> <br />Bluhon Planning Group <br />$l20.00/hour, Principal, (Meeting facilitation only.) <br />$100.00/hour, Principal <br />$70.00/hour, Associate <br /> <br />Community Design + Architecture <br />$95.00/hour, Principal <br />$65.00/hour, Project Planner <br /> <br />Reimbursable expenses are billed at cost and include postage, document reproduction, flipcharts, <br />telephone, report production, and mileage. Color laser prints are billed at $1.50/page. Mileage is <br />billed at $.32 per mile. Consultant will bill monthly.
