Depending on the preferences of the Lead Agency, MTCo will summarize important findings and recommendations of the Addendum, or will simply answer questions. Final Environmental Document. Following closure of the comment period and the public hearings (if held), MTCo will prepare a preliminary final Addendum that includes responses to comments. The Lead Agency and Caltrans will review the preliminary draft Addendum prior to preparing a final Addendum. Approximately 60 copies of the Final Addendum will be produced. Prepare aerially deposited lead testing report based on 30 field samples in conformance with Caltrans general practices for the determination of aerially deposited lead locations. Deliverables: 5 copies of report Task 4 - Detailed Project Design Task Description. This task includes right-of-way engineering and the preparation of the PS&E. The PS&E package shall be submitted at 35%, 65%, 95%, and 100% stages of completion, including assisting the City during the bidding period. The intent of intermediate submittals is to define the project for review by the City and Caltrans staff, and to allow for major comments prior to the investment of significant design effort in design details. The approach will be to develop a skeleton plan set, based on the Geometric Approval Drawings, and build upon the set by adding plan information and additional detail sheets until a complete, buildable, and biddable package is reached.
