<br />The socioeconomic study will specifically address consistency with adopted regional and local <br />plans; demographic characteristics, housing and income issues; and relocation impacts for <br />businesses and housing. The study will address the potential effects of right-of-way acquisitions, <br />and the impacts to traffic diversions due to construction on public facilities. <br /> <br />Environmental Documentation <br /> <br />.:. Administrative Draft Reevaluation/Addendum. The infonnation gathered in the course of <br />the technical studies will be compiled into an Draft Reevaluation! Addendum that clearly <br />identifies project effects to the natural and human environment. The purpose of the <br />addendum is to analyze various impacts that the interchange project may have on the <br />environment and vice versa. An Addendum is intended to present the facts on behalf of the <br />Lead Agency and Caltrans. This project assumes that the project will fall into the findings of <br />no significant changes. <br /> <br />To make the Addendum an understandable and easy-te-use document, MTCo will include a <br />summary section that addresses the areas of concern discussed above. The summary section <br />will succinctly explain the significant impacts of the project, and proposed alternatives and <br />mitigation measures and changes to the impacts from the originally approved environmental <br />document. The content and fonnat of the environmental document will follow guidelines <br />presented in the Caltrans Local Procedure Manual. MTCo will submit I5-copies of the <br />administrative draft Addendum. <br /> <br />Work with Caltrans to ensure that FHWA would accept City's environmental <br />document/addendum as confonning to the federal NEP A requirements for Environmental <br />Assessment. <br /> <br />.:. Draft Addendum - Circulation. In response to written and verbal comments from the Lead <br />Agency, MTCo and Caltrans, the Administrative Draft Addendum will be modified. The <br />draft/final environmental documents will be submitted to Caltrans for circulation. <br /> <br />./ Caltrans will receive 20 copies <br />.¡' City - 10 copies <br /> <br />Note this is an approximation of copies that will be distributed to agencies and may vary <br />upon request. <br /> <br />.:. Opportunity for Public Hearing if desired (but not required by CEQA). MT &Co will <br />attend and participate in up to four infonnational meetings, including a public hearing or a <br />coordination meetings.
