<br />CJ Prepare and process approval of right-of-way certification. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br /> <br />5 copies of survey notes <br />5 copies of hard copy surveys <br />10 copies of appraisal maps <br />10 copies of plats and descriptions <br />5 copies of record map and one reproducible set <br />5 copies of record of survey and one original (recordable) <br />Draft and Final Right-of-Way Certification for Caltrans <br /> <br />4.2 Bridge Plans. The bridge plans shall be prepared in confonnance with the Division of <br />Structures Memo to Designers, Bridge Design Details, Externally Financed Projects <br />Manual, and the modified AASHTO Bridge Design Specifications. <br /> <br />4.3 Ramp and Roadway Design. Ramp and roadway design plans shall follow Caltrans plan <br />format. Typical cross-sections and layouts will be provided. Construction details will be <br />required for sidewalks, monuments, traffic islands, intersection grading, median paving, <br />curbs, bus turnouts, etc. Separate sheets will be provided for profiles and superelevation <br />diagrams. Grading for ramp areas will be shown on the contour grading plans. <br /> <br />4.4 Hydraulic Structures (Drainage Plans and Culvert Plans). Culverts, ditches, and inlets <br />shall be shown on the drainage plans. Drainage systems will be numbered, with letters <br />assigned to individual drainage items. Drainage profiles will be on separate sheets, <br />followed by drainage details and drainage quantities. Details will be required for any City <br />standards, including manholes and trench sections. <br /> <br />4.5 Ramp Metering Plans. Ramp metering shall be shown on the Electrical Plans (E sheets), <br />with dedicated plan sheets for the ramp metering features. <br /> <br />4.6 Signal Design. Traffic signals shall be shown on the E sheets. Traffic signal plans will be <br />shown as modifications to the existing signal system. Three signals will be interconnected <br />with the utilization of Type 170 controllers. Signal timing and coordination will be <br />performed by Caltrans. <br /> <br />4.7 Lighting Plans. Street and safety lighting shall be shown on the E sheets. The different <br />circuits and services shall be clearly shown, especially for systems owned by different <br />entities (i.e. City or Caltrans). <br /> <br />4.8 Planting Plans. A planting plan with a budget of $300,000-$400,000 is typically required <br />based on Caltrans' current formula for planting. This budget will allow replacement or <br />planting with trees and shrubs. <br /> <br />4.9 Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. The scope of services shall include three <br />elements as follows: <br /> <br />1. Preparation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with <br />Caltrans District 04 guidelines. <br /> <br />2.
