This submittal represents complete checked plans, ready for bidding. <br />This submittal phase is for Caltrans to perform final check, generally done by the Project <br />Development staff level. <br /> <br />Deliverables: 10 blueline sets (full size) and 20 Yz size sets of full PS&E <br />65% review comments (City and Caltrans) <br /> <br />100% Submittal. This submittal represents complete checked plans and submittal of the <br />original drawings, ready for bidding, with changes as requested in the 95% review. <br /> <br />Prepare Resident Engineer's File (separate file to DOS for bridge related items). File will <br />include a list of project contacts, memos to the Resident Engineer, quantity calculations for <br />use in releasing progress payments, utility agreements, permits, right-of-way contracts, and <br />copies of relevant reports. <br /> <br />Prepare Surveyor's File including slope staking data, rough grading data, finish grading <br />data, and bridge construction control data. Prepare cutsheets as required. Include control <br />line traverses and ties to right-of-way lines. <br /> <br />Prepare permit application for construction. <br /> <br />Deliverables for Final PS&E: <br /> <br />Permit application <br />30 bluelines of final plans and specifications (complete set) <br />20 sets of Yz size plans <br />2 copies of Resident Engineer's File <br />2 copies of Surveyor's File <br />95% review comments <br /> <br />4.13 Bidding Phase. Advertising and bidding procedures will be the responsibility of the City. <br /> <br />The Consultant shall assist the City during the bidding period as required. While the <br />project is being advertised for bids, all questions concerning the intent shall be referred to <br />the City Project Engineer for resolution. The Consultant shall provide consultation with <br />City staff in the interpretation of the contract documents.
