Mangini, <br />Golden Gate Railroad Museum <br />PO BOX 3315" ' <br />Redwood City, California 94064 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Mangini, <br /> <br />The City Council on xxxxx has authorized me to issue this letter permitting the <br />Golden Gate Railroad Museum to conduct the display of train # 2472 in <br />Redwood City, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions <br />herein [ Resolution xxxxxx ]: <br /> <br />The permission is granted to Golden Gate Railroad Museum, hereinafter called <br />"Permittee", by the City of Redwood City, hereinafter called "City". This letter <br />permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Event: The event shall be sponsored by and conducted by the <br />Permittee. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Revocation This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by <br />the City. This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />Location: The event shall take place on Chestnut Street, between, <br />Broadway and Veteran's Blvd. (Refer to attached map) <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Dates and TImes: The event shall be held on Saturday, July 3 and <br />Sunday July 4, 1993. The train will be open for inspection during daylight <br />hours. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Insurance. Permittee shall furnish to the City public liability and <br />property damage insurance naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, <br />boards, commissions, officers, employees, and agents as insureds, or <br />additional insureds, insuring the same against all claims for personal <br />injury or death to any person or persons resulting or arising from the <br />conducting of the activities herein permitted, or alleged to have resulted <br />or alleged to have arisen therefrom, or from any act or omission to act, of <br />Permittee in connection therewith, in the amounts of $500,000 for each <br />person and $1,000,000 for each occurrence, and property damage <br /> <br />11998 <br />
