<br />DES:dft <br /> <br />.~119/93 (016/33) <br /> <br /> thereof, or eighty percent (80%) for bikeway <br /> components; and <br />(c) This Council hereby acknowledges that grant <br /> <br />funding shall be fixed and that any increases in <br /> <br />costs exceeding amounts granted shall be funded by <br />the City. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />This Council hereby acknowledges its present intent to <br /> <br />construct the Proj ect as described in Exhibit A subj ect to the <br /> <br />conditions described in paragraph 1 hereof, and further subject <br />to inclusion in the City's Capital Improvement Program budget, <br /> <br />upon receipt of funding pursuant to the Programs. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />Director <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Community <br /> <br />Development <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to <br /> <br />appropriate <br /> <br />state <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />federal <br /> <br />agencies <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />connection <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />application of the funding hereinabove described. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11989 <br />
