MJP:mm~ 10/4/88 (#38/010) <br /> <br />excess of said amount by motion duly made and carried by City's <br />City Council. <br /> <br /> 3. RECORDS, STATEMENTS, PAYMENT. Consultant shall keep and <br />maintain accurate records of time devoted to rendering services <br />hereunder. Consultant shall submit a periodic statement of <br />charges to City for services rendered and or costs or expenses <br />incurred, which statement shall describe briefly the services <br />rendered or costs incurred during the period for which the <br />statement relates. Consultant's records aforesaid shall be made <br />available to City at City's offices during regular business hours <br />upon request of City. Payment shall be made by City upon <br />submission of appropriate statements therefor. <br /> <br /> 4. OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS. All reports, programs, plans, <br />specifications, studies, photographs, recordings, or other <br />documents or tangible things made or produced by Consultant in <br />completion of tasks assigned to it shall, upon submission or <br />delivery thereof to City, become the property of City, except <br />that both City and Consultant shall have unrestricted use of the <br />electronic standard drawing and design policy database developed <br />by Consultant. Use of such database by Consultant will require <br />the elimination of visual information identifying the plates as <br />Redwood City documents. All preliminary notes, personal <br />memoranda, research, outlines, draft documents or other documents <br />or tangible things prepared or used in preparation of matters to <br />be submitted or delivered upon completion of a task shall remain <br />the property of Consultant. <br /> <br /> 5. SUPERVISION. Consultant shall perform all work under <br /> <br /> <br />
