<br />/¿ - .:S,z <br /> <br />Chair Paulson referred to Page 35 of EIR regarding the recommendation of the <br />Plaza Oesign, and asked if it was a mitigation impact. <br /> <br />Ms. McElroy said it is a recommendation that refines it more closely consistent to <br />the Secretary of Interior Standards, if the recommendations are followed. <br /> <br />MIS: (Seybert/Garcia) to certify the Final Environmental Impact Report, after <br />finding that the Planning Commission has reviewed and considered all the <br />information contained in the Final EIR; that the Final EIR reflects the City's. <br />independent judgement and analysis; and that the Final EIR has been completed <br />in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br />Commissioner Piulle referred to Page 4 of the EIR and asked if the Historic <br />Musuem would be a permanent tenant, or will it be asked to move when the <br />changes take place. <br /> <br />Redevelopment Manager Moeller said that the Museum has a 50-year <br />agreement with the County, which will stay in place. She said the vision agreed <br />upon between the City and County is that the Museum is a public resource to be <br />preserved for the citizens of the City and County as a public space "forever", so it <br />will remain. <br /> <br />Motion Passed (7-0) <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AND TENTATIVE <br />Northumbrland Avenue (PD - 2004-1 and TM 2004-02) <br /> <br />MAP: <br /> <br />300 <br /> <br />Project Description: To convert eight of nine existing townhouse style apartment <br />units into eight condominiums with one common lot.
