No one <br />is more familiar with the design and the public process input than FTB and there is no <br />certainty that another firm could prepare the plans in less time or for less money with the <br />same understanding of and attention to necessary details. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br />A total of $1.8 million has been budgeted for the Courthouse Plaza design and improvements as <br />part of the funding plan adopted by the Agency in 2003 and the FY 03/04 Agency budget.
