<br />4 /6-Z <br /> <br />Staff has directed the contractor to perform work up to staff's 10% authority of $58,162 <br />to keep the construction on-going, but approval is required by City Council of the <br />additional changes in the amount of $25,128. <br /> <br />The construction is approximately 75% completed, and with all the demolition <br />completed, the risk of any significant unforeseen changes and costs should be <br />minimized.
