1 sonnection with any work, authority or jurisdiction not delegated <br />2 to CITY under this agreement. It is also agreed that, pursuant to <br />3 Government Code Section 895.4, STATE shall fully indemnify and <br />~ hold CITY harmless from any liability imposed for injury (as <br />5 defined by Government Code Section 810.8) occurring by reason of <br />6 anything done or omitted to be done by STATE under or in <br />? connection with any work, authority or jurisdiction not delegated <br />8 to CITY under this agreement. <br />9 (17) The execution of this agreement by CITY grants to <br />lO STATE the right to enter upon CITY-owned lands to construct the <br />ll PROJECT referred to herein. <br />12 (18) The terms of this agreement concerning the <br />13 construction of PROJECT shall terminate upon completion and <br />l~ acceptance of PROJECT by STATE and upon final accounting of costs, <br />15 or on December 31, 1985, if a contract to construct PROJECT has <br />16 not been awarded by then.
